Turning
Precision turning sculpts cylindrical implant components—like femoral heads and stems—ensuring concentricity and tight tolerances critical for long-term implant stability.
Assembly
Expert assembly joins multi-component devices—such as modular hip and knee systems—using controlled torque and cleanroom protocols to guarantee reliable performance and biocompatibility.
Laser Marking
High-contrast laser etching applies permanent UDI codes and part identifiers onto stainless steel and titanium devices without compromising material integrity or biocompatibility.
Swiss Turning
Swiss turning produces complex, small-diameter parts—such as bone screws and guide pins—with tight concentricity and surface finish requirements in a single setup.
Polishing
Medical-grade polishing achieves mirror-like finishes on implant surfaces to minimize wear, inhibit bacterial adhesion, and promote smooth tissue interaction.
Wire EDM
Wire EDM cuts intricate geometries—like custom surgical cutting guides and fine internal channels—into hardened alloys with micron-level accuracy and minimal thermal distortion.
Milling
Five-axis milling machines carve complex contours—such as anatomic bone plate geometries—from solid billets, delivering patient-specific implants that match exact anatomical profiles.
Bending
Controlled bending forms nitinol or stainless steel guidewires and catheter shafts to precise angles without work-hardening the material, ensuring consistent springback behavior.
Welding
Laser and resistance welding techniques join subassemblies—such as implant stems to modular heads—under inert gas to create biocompatible, hermetically sealed joints without thermal damage.

WHAT WE DO

Assembly

Expert assembly joins multi-component devices—such as modular hip and knee systems—using controlled torque and cleanroom protocols to guarantee reliable performance and biocompatibility.

Bending

Controlled bending forms nitinol or stainless steel guidewires and catheter shafts to precise angles without work-hardening the material, ensuring consistent springback behavior.

Laser Marking

High-contrast laser etching applies permanent UDI codes and part identifiers onto stainless steel and titanium devices without compromising material integrity or biocompatibility.

Milling

Five-axis milling machines carve complex contours—such as anatomic bone plate geometries—from solid billets, delivering patient-specific implants that match exact anatomical profiles.

Polishing
